Insulated Rolls are particularly well suited to the food supply chain from warehouses to points-of-delivery or any other logistics networks with multi-destinations. Distribution is a very sensitive phase of the cold chain because of handling, loading and unloading and frequent door openings of the vehicle.

The insulated ROLL is a very flexible solution suited to most logistics organisation, and ensuring perfect thermal safety throughout the cold chain:
• waiting on distribution centre docks and transport at ambient temperature
• simultaneous transport of chilled, frozen and dry (food or non food) products
• integration of frozen foodstuffs in a refrigerated chilled vehicle
• waiting at point of delivery reception area before transfer to display or cold room

The insulated Bacs are designed for food and non food products requiring temperature control. The Bacs are in use in various fields of business e.g.
• arm-produce industry for packed or bulk products
• technical industries for very temperature sensitive products or low temperature such as Dry Ice, frozen glue, fermenting agent...
• health care sector for the collect or distribution of very light loads under temperature control (blood samples, insulin, vaccines etc.)

OLIVO offer two ranges of manufacturing technologies: classical concept made of fibreglass/polyester, and the latest technology made of monobloc rotomoulded polyethylene.

The small capacity containers fit conveniently into any ordinary vehicle. The large capacity containers are designed to be easily handled by forklift trucks. All of them are stackable and can be fitted with castors. The high insulation performance provides solutions for demanding thermal requirements.
